Digital Transformation Workshop
Google, Tokyo
Retail innovation strategies for Asia-Pacific markets.
A three-day intensive workshop with 40 senior retail executives from across Asia-Pacific. We explored emerging technologies reshaping the retail landscape, from AI-driven personalization to immersive shopping experiences.
The workshop resulted in 12 actionable innovation roadmaps that participants took back to their organizations, with three projects reaching pilot stage within six months.
Luxury Experience Design
Rolex, Geneva
Redefining the in-store luxury experience.
Partnered with Rolex to reimagine their flagship boutique experience. The project combined ethnographic research with rapid prototyping to develop a new customer journey framework.
The resulting design principles were adopted across 15 boutiques in Europe, increasing average visit duration by 40%.
Brand Innovation Sprint
Nestle, Vevey
New product development and consumer trend analysis.
Facilitated a rapid innovation sprint with Nestle's brand management team. Over five days, we identified three untapped consumer segments and developed prototype concepts for each.
Two of the three concepts advanced to the company's global innovation pipeline.
Strategy Offsite
Siemens, Berlin
Executive alignment on digital industrial strategy.
Designed and facilitated a two-day strategy offsite for Siemens' top 25 leaders. The sessions focused on aligning the organization around a shared digital industrial vision.
Key outcome: a unified strategic narrative and three cross-divisional pilot programs launched within the quarter.
Creative Leadership Program
Adidas, Herzogenaurach
Building creative confidence in senior leadership.
A six-month leadership development program designed to embed creative thinking into Adidas's decision-making culture. The program included monthly workshops, coaching sessions, and real-world innovation challenges.
Participants reported a 65% increase in creative confidence, and the program has since been rolled out to two additional regions.
